You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for any activities under it. Provide accurate information and notify us of unauthorized use.
4. Purchases and access
Purchases grant a non-transferable license to access course materials for the period stated at checkout. We may update or improve materials over time.
5. Refunds
We offer a fair refund policy: if you are not satisfied within 7 days and have completed less than 20% of a course, contact support for options. Some live cohorts may have different terms; see the specific listing.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not reverse engineer or redistribute course materials without permission.
- Do not harass other learners or instructors.
- Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes or to spread false urgency in sales or content.
7. Intellectual property
All materials are owned by NovaSpeak Atelier or licensed to us. Trademarks, logos, and content may not be used without written consent. The raw domain name speaknova.bond is not a logo.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee particular professional outcomes. Nothing herein is legal, medical, or financial advice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NovaSpeak Atelier is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws rules.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective when posted. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
